I had the oportunity to make this chocolate cake for a very special celebration: 15th birthday. I wanted to try with a naked cake with natural flowers. 3 tiers of moist and deep chocolate sponge filled with bittersweet chocolate Ganache. I wasn’t able to get soft pink roses and I decided to use white ones instead. I liked the result and had the chance to record the full process (about 30 minutes reduced to 15 seconds) and shoot some beautiful photos. Leave me your comments if you like!
